I can't believe it, this was the proudest moment in my acting career. This play was great fun and I can remember a lot of elderly people coming to see it in the Town Hall at the time and commenting on how accurate the the wardrobe was. I can't remember the story itself so if anyone else can, please let me know!

Hey Nicole. The play was about a family living in Invergordon during the war. The kids had to go to school in Dingwall on the train. One of them was a prisoner of war. There was a bit about tank no. 13 being blown up and a bit about rationing. You got married - to Ian Macbeth I think? I was Vera Lynn, singing about White Cliffs of Dover!

lol hiya Gillian, hope your doin' well. That's right, I forgot I was married to Ian Macbeth mmmmm. I can remember being really loud on that stage (no change there then) - that was great fun to do and it's fab to see everybody that we went to school with together in one photo, take care xx
