At School
I lived at 136 High Street and went school in Invergordon leaving in 1959 to join the Cameron Highlanders as boy drummer. I stayed with the Queens Own Highlanders until 1984 when I settled in Eastleigh Hampshire.
This is a School picture - the date unknown but could be very late '40s or early '50s. I am in the back row on the right.
Can anybody supply any other names?

Janet, nice to hear from you. I remember David Calder and Doreen Douglas now that you have mentioned their names, although I met Doreen in Tain in 1983(?) - she was married and living there. Yes my aunt is Sybil Sutherland - at last count (Christmas) she was still living in Invergordon. My other aunt was Nora MacDonald who passed away some time ago. My mother was Cathy and she lived in Clyde St and my half brother and sister are Henry (Tain) and Rae (Aberdeen) Nic

Front row 4th left looks like Ross Mitchell's brother Fordy and the 3rd left girl in the 3rd row, I'd say, was Fiona Strachan.
