Patrols were Thistle, Bluebell, White Heather and Foget-me-not. Patrol leaders had two stripes, seconders had one. By the time we had all the necessary bits and pieces in our pockets, (notebook & pencil, large hankie, string, money for phone, Patrol card etc)we rivalled Jordan!
