Gilkes Street Public Baths - decorative wall panelAt some point in the 1970/80s many of the glazed brick surfaces were painted with blue paint, which started to peel away. This is a rare glimpse of what lay beneath. The building had been empty for some 10 years by the time this photo was taken - with a decade of pigeon droppings on every flat surface.
